A limited number of rooms will be available to government agencies at the government per diem rate on a first come, first served basis. Must show valid government ID at check-in. Important Note for Scheduled Presenters: AFGC has set up an online submission area for you to submit your Proceeding and/or Interpretive Summary. The deadline for submitting is May 7, 2010. To access the eCollect site, please visit http://docutools.documation.com/clients/AFGC. The username is AFGC.submitter, and the password is submitter09. Be sure to review the news items, and you will find formatting instructions under Public Documents. To submit your document, click the Submit Documents button. A note to poster session participants: we will provide you with recommended dimensions once the size of the poster display boards is finalized. This information will be posted to the collection site.
