The University Plaza Hotel in Springfield, Missouri has been selected for this year's conference. The AFGC rate is $99 King or Two Double; $119 King Suite. A limited number of rooms will be available to government agencies at the government per diem rate on a first come, first served basis. Must show valid government ID at check-in. Exhibitor Information

Exhibit Hours: Monday, June 21, 1-5 p.m.; Tuesday, June 22, 8 a.m. – 12:30 p.m., Wednesday, June 23, 7 a.m. – 3 p.m.

 

Exhibit Space Includes: 6’ draped table, 2 chairs, 1 wastebasket, plus one full attendee registration. Each exhibit space is $500. Additional services, including electrical, storage, etc., will be available from the facility. 8' tables are not available.

 

Special Features to Help With Traffic: Breaks will be held adjacent to the exhibit hall. The Silent Auction, Hay Show and Poster sessions will be held in close proximity to the exhibits.

 

If your company will have more than one person in attendance at the Conference, they must register as an attendee. Registration information and an exhibitor service kit will be mailed to you at a later date and will also be available on the web.
