CALL FOR POSTER SESSION ABSTRACTS
Accepting abstract submissions thru April 4th, 2014
We are accepting abstract submissions for the 2014 Southern Pasture Forage Crop Improvement Conference in Biloxi, MS April 21-23, 2014.
Abstracts for poster presentations and oral presentations should be submitted to Dr. Vanessa Corriher (vacorriher@ag.tamu.edu) or Dr. Brett Rushing (BRushing@pss.msstate.edu) by April 4th, 2014 at 5:00 P.M. CT
Abstracts and Poster Guidelines:
1. Abstracts should be between 300-350 words.
2. Abstract should include: title; presenter’s contact information; rationale (one or two sentences); objectives (one or two sentences); materials and methods; brief results; implications.
3. Use English units in text, tables, and figures.
4. Center the title, authors, abstract heading, and table titles.
5. Use a zero to the left of decimal points (0.05, not .05) in text, tables, and figures.
6. Author footnote should be inside margins, use size 10 font, and include all authors listed inside the same footnote (1 footnote, rather than 2 or more) full justify.
7. Posters should be 3 . feet wide and 2 . feet tall.
Posters will be displayed in the afternoon of April 21st; therefore they should be posted by 1:00 P.M. Poster viewing with authors present is from 5:00 to 6:00 pm.
