THIS EVENT IS LIMITED TO 400 ATTENDEES. ONLINE REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE JANUARY 6, 2017 AND HARD COPY REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THAT TIME UNTIL 400 ATTENDEES ARE REGISTERED. ONSITE REGISTRATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
The AFGC 2017 Annual Conference hosted by the Virginia Forage and Grassland Council will be held January 22-24 at the Hotel Roanoke and Conference Center. The conference will begin on Sunday, January 22, 2017 with a tour.
Educational Events and Exhibit Hall will begin on Monday, January 23, 2017 and run through Tuesday evening, January 24, 2017. Educational Sessions and Exhibit Hall will be held at the Hotel Roanoke and Conference Center in Roanoke, VA.

Early full registration for members is $295 and $330 for non-members. Early tour registration is $25 for members and $40 for non-members and is not included in the full registration. Early registration fees are available until December 31, 2016.
Individual membership in AFGC is $50.
NOTE: To register your spouse/companion you must first go through the registration process for yourself and then select Add Another Attendee at which time the reduced spouse/companion registration rates will be available and you can complete the registration for the additional attendee.
